WHO IS OKAY BARIS?
Okay born in June 18, 1974 in Istanbul Peace is one of the leading representatives of the music made with computers in Turkey.
As a professional in 1989, artists who entered a music career, music series, advertising jingles, arrangements, as well as work as composing and lyrics, Turkey's Sezen Aksu from famous artists, Ajda Jackson, Nickelback, Askin Nur Yengi, Hakan Altun, Ayla Steel, Yıldız Tilbe, Serkan Kaya, Demet Akalın, Çelik Erişçi, Serdar Ortaç, Dolapdere Big Gang, Group Flirt, Rafet El Roman, Ayşe Özyılmazer, Yaşar Gaga, Kibariye, Gülben Ergen, Ümit Yaşar, Reyhan Karaca, Yonca Evcimik, Evrim Özkaynak, Burak She has been involved in album, stage and studio works with names such as Kut, Erkan Güleryüz, Cenk Çöteli, Yaşar Kurt, Gizem Çoşkun, Nez, Aylin Coşkun, Yusuf Güney, Aziz Certel, Ozan Koçer, Cemal Çimen, Cengiz İmren, Kerim Tekin, Zeynep President. His first solo album "What I Am" was put on the digital platform in 2011. The album consists of 10 songs and the lyrics, music and arrangements of all songs were made by Okay Barış.
At the same time, there are 3 single works that are sold on 350 platforms around the world. The song named Who's in the Cabin, voiced by the artist Nez, has entered a total of 7 different mixed albums around the world.

His single work titled “Be Beter”, whose lyrics, composition and arrangement belongs to him, was released on May 3, 2017 under the label of Doğan Music Company.
The song "Bi Cacık Olmaz", whose lyrics belong to Sezen Aksu and composed and arranged by Okay Barış, was performed by Serkan Kaya in Yaşar Gaga's "Irrelevant Songs" (2017) project. In the album, the composition and arrangement of the song "Rinna Niri", "Sevdam Crying" sung by Kibariye and "Oh Yanayım mı" performed by Halil Koçak were arranged by Okay Barış.
He voiced the soundtrack of the movie "Eski Dear" (2017), starring Bade İşçil and Tolgahan Sayman, with Burcu Tatlıses.
In 2017, he made arrangements for Sezen Aksu's "A Little Pop, A Little Sezen Remix" album, "What is left of betrayal and let me go out with Üfle".
He arranged the song "Let it reflect", which was sung by Gülben Ergen, whose lyrics and music belong to Sezen Aksu.
Okay Barış's album "No More Loved Such ...", which was produced with Sezen Aksu, was released on January 25, 2019, on all digital platforms, with the music label SN.
Okay Barış arranged the 11 songs in the album. All of the compositions in the album and the lyrics of the 8 songs belong to Aksu, who also determined the musical concept of the album. 2 of the lyrics were written by Sibel Algan, and there is a surprise in the album:
Yıldız Tilbe is featured on the album with the lyrics she wrote for the song named "Aşktan Giderken". The first clip from the album was shot for the song "Dishonored Olabilir Aşk" and the second clip to the song "It was already summer 3 months". Okay Barış himself sits on the director's chair of the clip.
Since 2016, he has been working as a composer, performer, arranger and producer in Sezen Aksu's studio, Lonca.
